The process
Clear work begins with a clear way of working.
Every engagement is different, but uncertainty should not be the operating system. Our process keeps the objective, decisions and next steps visible from the first conversation to launch.

01
Fit
First, we decide whether we should work together.
You tell us what is happening, what you believe you need, the relevant timeline and the investment range. We ask enough questions to understand whether Greatr Works is the right partner.
If another kind of specialist or a smaller intervention would serve you better, we will say so.
02
Define
Then we turn the need into an engagement.
We define the problem and desired outcome, the people the work must serve, the agreed deliverables, responsibilities on both sides, timeline, milestones and decision points, and the investment and payment schedule.
Work begins after the scope is approved, the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received.
03
Align
Everyone starts from the same information.
The engagement begins with the appropriate discovery session, available evidence and required materials. We document the direction before major execution begins.
04
Make
The work develops in visible stages.
We present important decisions with context, gather consolidated feedback and move through agreed revision rounds. Clients do not need to manage every internal task, but they will always know what stage the work has reached.
05
Prove
We test the work where it needs to perform.
Depending on the engagement, this may mean applying an identity across real touchpoints, testing product journeys, reviewing responsive behaviour or checking campaign tracking before launch.
06
Launch and extend
Delivery is a handover—not a hostage situation.
We organise the agreed files, access, documentation and guidance. Where useful, we define the next phase: launch support, a campaign, an ongoing growth partnership or further product development.
Great work moves faster when:
- One accountable client lead consolidates feedback
- Decision-makers attend the agreed milestone reviews
- Required content and access arrive on time
- Feedback is specific and connected to the objective
- New requests are treated as scope changes rather than hidden additions
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Client delays may move the delivery schedule, and additional requirements are scoped separately.
Greatr Works accepts a limited number of active projects and ongoing partnerships. Availability is confirmed during the first conversation.
